Day 1: Arrival in Turkey


Welcome to Turkey!

Upon your arrival, our representative will meet you at the airport with a sign on which your name is written and transfer you to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2: Old City Tour


You will be picked up from your hotel for a full-day tour.

Highlights of the Tour: Hagia Sophia Museum, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Grand Bazaar.

You will visit Hagia Sophia museum which was the largest church of the world during the Roman Empire period in the 6th century. Then, our second stop is the Topkapi Palace which was the centre of the Ottoman Empire during the 15th century. After visiting the Topkapi Palace, your guide will take you to the Blue Mosque which is a unique mosque in Turkey with six minarets. Near Blue Mosque, you will see the ancient Roman hippodrome where chariot races took place in the 3rd century in Roman Empire. Today, the last stop is the most famous and the largest covered bazaar in Turkey with 4000 shops, known as the Grand Bazaar.

After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul. (Breakfast, Local Lunch)

Day 3: Bosphorus Cruise & Spice Market & Cooking Class Tour


You will be picked up from your hotel for another memorable Istanbul tour.

Highlights of the Tour: Bosphorus cruise on boat, Spice Market, Cooking Class.

In the morning, your guide will pick you up from your hotel and you will see the best part of the city known as the Bosphorus which is located between Europe and Asia Continents. You will see Dolmabahçe Palace, Çırağan Palace, Ortaköy, Bosphorus Bridge, and houses and mansions near the seaside from the boat. After the amazing Bosphorus cruise trip, you will be heading to the famous spice market (Egyptian Market) with your guide. In the Spice Market you will find many varieties of spices and desserts. You may have a chance to use your own spices that you purchase from the market in the next station of the program which is the exciting “Cooking Class”. Turkey has got 7 main geographical regions and in each region even different cities have their own traditional local food that are famous. During your “Cooking Class”; you are going to taste the world-famous traditional Turkish cuisine, you will take part in the preparation of some delicious traditional Turkish meals, you will learn how the local foods are being cooked and later on, you will enjoy your lunch which has a piece of your own love and touch.

Day 4: Istanbul to Cappadocia & Cappadocia Goreme Museum & Fairy-Chimney Tour


After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to fly to Cappadocia.

Upon your arrival you will be picked up to visit Devrent Valley to see the unique fairy-chimneys. You will drive to Pasabag (Monk’s Valley) to see the most interesting mushroom-shaped pinnacles. Then, you will go to the city of Avanos. In the afternoon, you will visit another beautiful open air museum at Goreme where you can see the remains of rock-cut churches and Christian settlements that date back to hundreds of years ago. Lastly, before returning to your hotel, you will visit the natural castles at Uchisar. After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia. (Breakfast, Local Lunch)

Day 5: Cappadocia Tour & Cooking Class


Today you can join an OPTINAL BALLOON tour. Please contact your agent for details.

Your second day in Cappadocia will start after the breakfast. You will visit Ozkonak Underground City where the people had to live during to emergencies in the 3rd century. Then you will visit Pigeon Valley and there you can see the pigeons and the houses of pigeons. Then you will take some photos of Uchisar Castle and see the panoramic view of Göreme town. Later on, you will attend the “Cooking Class” and have lunch. In Central Anatolia, where Cappadocia is also located, there is a famous Turkish meal called Testi Kebabı (Pottery Kebab) which is being cooked and served in special traditional clay pots as an Anatolian speciality. It’s usually made with lamb, beef, or chicken meat with vegetables like carrots, celery, onions, garlic, and potatoes. It is traditionally cooked in a tandoor or clay oven, the pot is sealed with bread dough and left to simmer. When it’s ready, the presentation of the food is going to be so exciting for you that you should definitely record it. The blazing hot pot is brought out and cracked in front of you and you will enjoy this little show and your delicious lunch. After lunch, you will be transferred to your hotel. Day 6: Cappadocia To Izmir

You will be transferred to the airport according to your flight time to fly to İzmir. Upon arrival to İzmir airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Kuşadası. (Breakfast)

Day 7: Ephesus & Sirince Village Tour and Cooking Class & Home Made Vine

Today, you will visit Ephesus, which is one of the best preserved ancient cities in the world. You will walk through history, you will see the theatre, library, agora, baths, temples and explore more together with your guide. Ephesus theatre was the biggest Roman theatre and library of Ephesus was the third biggest library of the ancient world.

Your final destination will be the old Greek Village “Şirince” which means “Pretty”.
Today the village is a perfect synthesis of Turkish-Greek culture. Before you have your sightseeing inside the village, you will join your “Cooking Class”.

Again after an unforgettable traditional taste of the local Turkish lunch with your touch of course, it is time to wander around and take wonderful pictures of the old Greek village “Şirince”.

Your guide will take you around the village and you will walk through the narrow streets among the old Greek houses, and then you will be having the chance to enjoy your free time for a while as walking around the streets where you can see the villagers selling their own handicrafts, needle works.

Day 8: Daily Pamukkale Tour from Kusadasi & Cooking Class

Today in the morning, you will have a day trip to the White Heaven in Turkey which is known as “Cotton Castle” or “Pamukkale” in Turkish. You will be picked up from hotel and drive to Pamukkale. After the arrival, you will join your “Cooking Class” in Pamukkale. In Pamukkale region, there is another famous Turkish cuisine called “Pide” (a kind of Turkish pizza). Pide and its many varieties are wide spread throughout Turkey. The base is a flat-bread of a similar style to pita, chapati, or western pizza crust. A proper Pide should be baked in a brick or stone oven. Toppings vary widely such as; cheese, onions, peppers, tomatoes, eggs, mushrooms, ground beef, and parsley. You will learn and make your own pide and of course will enjoy your lunch…After the lunch, you will visit White Terraces and you can walk and swim in naturel spring mineral water. Don’t forget to take your towel and comfortable clother for swimming or walking.

And you will also visit Hiearapolis, the ancient city. At the end of the tour, you will be driven back to your hotel in Kusadasi. Overnight in Kusadasi. (Breakfast and Cooking Class Lunch)

Day 9: Kusadasi to Istanbul, Grand Bazaar & Pierre Loti


After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to fly to Istanbul.

Upon your arrival, you will visit the most famous and the largest covered bazaar in Turkey with 4000 shops which is known as the Grand Bazaar. After Grand Bazaar, you will take the cable car to Pierre Lotti Hill and enjoy the view. Overnight in Istanbul. (Breakfast)

Day 10: Istanbul Departure

According to your flight time, you will be transferred to the airport and catch the international flights and go back home. Thank you for choosing us. Leave with a smile… (Breakfast)
